Our partners and we understand the need for supplying quality APIs at competitive prices to support the healthcare sector of Thailand. We work together with our partners to get the best pricing of APIs for our customers and we also import APIs in big quantities in order to reduce the import costs. We have a dedicated logistics team who ensure that the shipments are released from the customs timely and delivered to our warehouse without any delays.
STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION
Our warehouse operates as per Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and we store all APIs in specific temperature controlled conditions. We use an ERP system to maintain a proper batch numbering for traceability and to ensure that the correct batches are delivered to the customer every time. Linaria’s own temperature controlled trucks finally deliver the API to customers in the perfect condition. We also appoint third party transporters after a thorough audit of their vehicles to ensure that the API will be delivered to our customers in the proper condition.
LOCALIZED TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We have an established team of pharmacists and experts who carefully check each product’s specifications and offer solutions to customers in order to resolve any quality issues. Our manufacturing department’s technical team and quality control team is ready to support customers anytime with regards to the traded APIs.
